TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUBSCRIPTION

By purchasing a subscription box from GirlBE you're agreeing to our terms and conditions

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Subscription boxes are sent out on a monthly basis. Boxes are sent out from our warehouse once a month and shipping is within 7 working days after the 1st of each month. These dates may change dependant on volume of orders and if the dates fall within a bank holiday or weekend. Once boxes leave our warehouse they are subject to our shipping estimates which can be found here.

Please note that these are only estimates and deliveries may take longer than advertised.

PAYMENTS

Your payment method will be billed automatically during the first 7 working days of every month (or the first working day should that date fall on a weekend or public holiday) up until your subscription is cancelled. If you prepay for your box for 3, 6 or 12 months you will pay upfront for the cost however upon expiry of your subscription you will then be billed on the first of your new renewal month.

AUTO-RENEWAL

All subscriptions will automatically renew by default (Month to Month, 3, 6 and 12 month prepays) unless you're signing up for a gift subscription. You can however cancel your subscription at any time and prevent from renewing by following our cancellation procedure before the cut-off windows for the next box is met.

BOX CONTENTS

Contents of boxes may vary due to demand. Contents of boxes may vary for international customers due to customs regulations.

GIFT VOUCHERS

All vouchers purchased are valid for a 12 month period (from date of purchase) and must be redeemed within this period of time. Unfortunately, if the voucher is not used within this given time, it will promptly expire and you will then be unable to redeem the funds on the voucher.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your subscription at any time, no contracts (or hidden fees). The easiest way it is just to Log in to your account at www.girlbe.club.

If you have any issues just this contacting us on Live Chat or email us at cancellations@girlbe.club. If you would like a refund with your cancellation then you must email us as cancellations do not automatically refund. If you’re cancelling a 3, 6 or 12-month subscription part-way through we will refund you the remaining boxes at the price your subscription should have been.

Ie: If you cancel a 12-month subscription on the 6th month, we’ll refund you £53.95 meaning that you would have paid for the 6-month subscription option. You will also be refunded the remaining shipping charges. Further to this, if you decided to cancel on the 7th month we’ll refund you the difference between the 6th month plus 1 full-priced month: £44.
