GirlBE Subscription boxes are dispatched in the first 5 working days of every month, once successfully shipped you will receive a notification email to advise it's on its way.
If you are a new subscriber we will send your first box immediately, your 2nd box will follow at the beginning of the following month when our new box launches.
(The first two boxes may therefore come less than a month apart, depending on when you placed your initial order, this will regulate out going forward to the beginning of each month.)

Yes you can!
Just make sure you choose the gift link on our subscription page. Then ensure the shipping address is theirs and not your own.If you’d like to send a gift message with your first box then please drop us a line at email@example.com and we'll get it sorted for you.
No you can cancel at anytime!
No contract or commitment, you just choose your payment schedule rolling monthly, or prepay for 3, 6, 12 months.
Please note that all our subscriptions do automatically renew (expect gift subscriptions) on the 1st of every month, this way you don't have to go through the hassle of paying ordering and paying each month. But you can cancel at anytime
.Please Note: Prepaid subscriptions will also renew in the same way however instead of every month it will be either every 3, 6 or 12 months. Prepay subscriptions renew for same amount of time you prepaid for (e.g a 6 month prepay will renew for another 6 months).

Through collaboration, storytelling and mindfulness our mission is to empower girls to reach their dreams and raise the plight of all girls as they go.
Subscribing to GirlBE.club is more than just a monthly box of treats, GirlBe opens up a world of possibility. Through positive reinforcement and continued encouragement, we urge girls to think differently, to choose self-belief, kindness and embrace the notion that they too have the ability to change the world.
We believe in the power of one, if we can help just one girl at a time then we have succeeded, but our mission is to empower girls, as many girls as we can, not only through our subscription boxes, but also by giving as much support as we can to our carefully selected chosen charities that work to empower girls across the globe. Yes we do! Our founder Natalie, passionately believes in doing as much as she can to support both girls and mothers.
As a mother and an auntie of girls, Natalie saw a huge gap in the information and resources available for Raising Strong Girls.
Although there are some brilliant movements starting for women, she struggled to find the same degree of inspiring information or resources for girls and mothers.
So as well developing the GirlBe subscription boxes she also launching RAISING STRONG DAUGHTERS.COM
At raisingstrongdaughters.com you'll find lots of great tips and guides if you too are raising girls.
We do have a members-only shop for our current subscribers to catch up on any boxes they may missed before they joined, (depending on availability).
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
You can also pay for subscriptions via Paypal.
One off purchase from our members store can also be purchased with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Unfortuantely at this time Apple and Google Pay can not be used for subscriptions.
Don't worry our system will try again in a couple of days, so please make sure you have sufficient funds available in your account.
Or it maybe some other reason why your bank may be rejecting the payment to us, if this is the case you'll need to give your bank a ring and ask them to authorise the payment to us.We will try 3 times then your subscription will pause, so do get in touch with us, so we can ensure you don't miss out.
Your card will be billed on the 1st of each month . If you prepay for your box for 3, 6 or 12 months you will pay upfront for the cost however, upon expiry of your subscription you will then be billed on the 1st of your new renewal month.
To prevent your subscription from auto renewing make sure you cancel your subscription by the 1st of the month. For example if I subscribed in March and did not want it to renew in April, make sure to cancel your subscription by the 31st March.
Cancelling your subscription does not affect your current month's box.

All subscriptions are set to auto renewed, unless you have set it to pause or cancel in your account or requested cancellation with us directly.
If you'd set it to pause or cancel then please do get in touch straight away so we can assist you.

We use a 3rd party system that checks the latest forex rates everyday to give you as accurate as possible converted price for your local currency so you know how much you’ll be spending.
All prices are approximate as a result of how much exchange rates can fluctuate.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can change most things on your subscription by simply logging into your account and editing accordingly.
To cancel your subscription please just log in to your account.If you have any issues please just contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our working hours are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), 9am - 5pm (GMT), we will respond to your email as quickly as possible. To help speed things up please make sure you let us know the name of the recipient of the boxes too in your email.

Simply login in to your account and under ‘Your Subscriptions’ your previously cancelled subscriptions will appear, click re-activate and your chosen subscription will then be reactivated and subscribed to the next available subscription box, if you need any further assistance with this please get in touch with us email@example.com.

The GirlBE Boxes are dispatched in the first few days of each month, once successfully shipped you will receive a notification email to advise it's on the way.
If ordering for the first time your box will be processed within our normal processing time of 1-3 working days.

You can, however you will need to return the box that has already been shipped to us when it arrives in order to get a refund on it. It needs to be returned in the condition it was shipped in. We will accept refunds 30 days after the transaction was taken.

Once your box has been shipped you will be advised via an email notification that this is on its way, upon dispatch from the warehouse they will be subject to our shipping estimates which can be found here.
Please note that these shipping times are only estimates and may sometimes take longer to arrive. If the estimated time has passed, then please email us, at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get it sorted for you.
